The ME section can be access via the person icon within the toolbar as shown in the below screenshot.
Within this section, you can view work assigned to you.
The ME section will show you;
- Your appointments
- Your accepted jobs
- Your Tasks
- Your Closed/Rejected nominations
- My calendar
Once a nomination is sent to you, you will be sent an email notification, the details will show in the 'My Inbox' section, as shown in the below screenshot.
You can click into the Defect number to view the nomination details. You will be taken into the 'My Nomination' section by default so you can accept or reject the Defect. You can view the comments, appointments and documents/images prior to actioning the nomination.
If you reject a nomination, you will be asked to provide a reason for the rejection as shown in the below screenshot.
If you accept the nomination, the Defect will move from 'My Inbox' into 'My Accepted Jobs' as shown in the below screenshot. See article Accepting a nomination for full details.
Any Tasks assigned to you will show within the 'My Tasks' section. This can be helpful for reminders etc for appointments.
