Tasks

Tasks can be used to manage your workload in clixifix® and provide reminders. Typical Tasks added may include;


Defect Task - Reminder to contact the Resident regarding their appointment, contact the nominee to ensure they have the correct materials or a reminder to take a Defect off hold. 


Plot Task - Reminder to contact the Resident to remind them they are nearly at the end of the warranty period.


Scheme Task - Reminder to review all plots at the end of DLP to ensure plots are archived.



Adding a new Task


Step 1: Select the Tasks tab within the Defect, Plot or Scheme.


Step 2: Click + Task



Step 3: Assign a user for the Task, a Task Title and a Due Date. Set reminder is an optional field. 


Step 4: Click + Add Task



Once added, Tasks can be edited and/or completed. Any Tasks assigned to you will show within your ME section. 



Tasks Report


Tasks have a dedicated report within the Reports section. Filters can be applied depending on the information required. The Report can be exported to PDF or Excel if required. 


Navigate to Reports > Tasks > Tasks Report




Task Titles


There is an additional feature within clixifix® to add pre-populated Task Titles to Tasks to allow for more accurate reporting. Task Titles are added within the Admin bar and then selected from a drop-down when a new Task is created.
