The Bespoke Report is context specific. For example, if you run the report in Speculative Housing - the returned results will only include Defects for plots in Speculative Housing, not Partnership Residential or Commercial Projects.
The clixifix® Bespoke Report is a detailed report showing all Defects & their related info.
There are many filter options for this report including Contractor, Team Member, Scheme, Plot, Defect Type, Status and Priority. Date filters can be applied for 'Created From/To' and 'Completed From/To'.
The Report can be exported to Excel or PDF by switching the Export toggle to the right which will change the colour to blue. Click 'Generate Report'.
A copy of the Report will then show within Admin > Todays Reports and a copy will be sent via email also.
When exported into Excel, the Bespoke Report will show more information than would be visible on the screen. We recommend exporting to Excel & then filtering down as needed.
