The Defect Report is context specific. For example, if you run the report in Speculative Housing - the returned results will only include Defects for plots in Speculative Housing, not Partnership Residential or Commercial Projects.
This report shows you all Defects analysis and summary of the Defects in your clixifix® account within a chosen time frame. This also includes a summary of KPI performance and the average time to close a Defect.
This report can be exported to PDF or Excel by switching the toggle ON to the right to change the colour to blue & clicking 'Generate Report'.
Please Note: The 'Current Defect Status/Open Defects' in the yellow section below are totalled at the time you run the report - not to the date ranges applied.
Other sections include Defect Timeline, Defect Analysis and Defect Priority pie charts. You can hover over the sections to show a tooltip with further information & analysis.
