The Defect Report is context specific. For example, if you run the report in Speculative Housing - the returned results will only include Defects for plots in Speculative Housing, not Partnership Residential or Commercial Projects.
This report shows you all Defects analysis and summary of the Defects in your clixifix® account within a chosen time frame. This also includes a summary of KPI performance and the average time to close a Defect.
The filters on the report allow you to tailor the data and exports to your requirements.
Please note: Partnership Residential report also includes a 'Client' filter.
The Defects Report will also give a summary based on the current month to give an "at a glance" overview.
Other information includes Defect Timeline, Defect Analysis and Defect Priority graphs and pie charts.
