You can add Scheme/Plot documents to your account for internal use, or to share on the resident and client portals. Documents could include manuals, boiler instructions, handover information, site maps etc.
Uploading a Document
Step 1: Select the Scheme or Plot.
Step 2: Select Scheme Documents or Plot Documents.
Step 3: Select a folder for the Document (this will show on the Resident Portal)
Step 4: If the document is intended for internal use only, keep the "Private" option selected. To make the document available on the Resident Portal, select the option to share with residents. If you're using Partnership Residential, you also have the option to share it on the Client Portal.
Step 5: Select Upload files or Image.
This will direct you to your device library where you can select the document you would like to upload. If you're on a mobile device selecting 'Image' will open your camera.
Once the document is uploaded you can amend the category by selecting change. You can also amend the private and viewing options.
