In addition to adding Defects to your schemes, you can also raise Discussions. This can be useful if you need to record a written conversation.
Discussers can only include internal team members/admins, you cannot add any external recipients to a Scheme Discussion.
Scheme Discussions can be viewed by all users but you can chose to loop in specific users so they are notified of any changes via email.
Scheme Discussions
Step 1: Within Scheme view select Scheme Discussions
Step 2: Click + New Discussion
Step 3: Enter the title and message
Step 4: Select users you would like to receive notifications for this discussion
Step 5: Click Submit
Once the Discussion is raised you and other team members can add supporting documents and comments.
