User Notifications

Email notifications are sent from clixifix® to notify users of an action or a change. Settings can be personalised per user. Emails will come from a number of email addresses including noreply@clixifix.com and notifications@clixifix.co.uk.


'Receive Notifications' is the default setting for users without any mutes applied. 


If you have been directly looped into a comment, this will override the settings & always send a notification. 



Admin User Notifications

Admin users will receive a notification for;
- New Defect 
- Nomination complete

- Closing & aborting a Defect

- Nomination removed

- New Discussion
- New comment for a Discussion
- Defects put on-hold
- Editing & adding an Appointment



Team Members Notifications


Team Members will receive a notification if;


- They have been nominated for a Defect

- They have been looped into a comment within 'Internal Recipients'

- They have been added to an appointment





Amending Notifications


You can amend the notifications to your preference. Options include;


- No notifications at all

- Mute Defect notifications

- Mute Inspection List notifications

- Mute Discussions



- Mute by Scheme.

In the example below, the user would not receive notifications for 'The Heathers' but would receive all notifications for 'The Willows'
