Adding a Scheme (Speculative Housing)
Step 1: Navigate to Schemes
Step 2: Select + New Scheme
Step 3: Enter all relevant information then Submit
Adding a Scheme (Partnership Residential)
Step 1: Navigate to Our Clients
Step 2: Select the Client
Step 3: Select + New Scheme
Step 4: Enter all relevant information then Submit
Scheme name & logo
If you have the Resident Portal enabled you can choose for their portal to display the Scheme Name and logo, rather than your company name and logo.
Step 1: Within Scheme view select Edit
Step 2: Enter the Scheme name
Step 3: Select Choose File to add the Scheme logo
Step 4: Select Submit
Scheme Discussions
Within this section you can discuss anything relating to the scheme, for example putting a plan together for unfinished roads. The discussion is visible to all users on your account, however you can choose to 'loop' certain users in to be notified.
Step 1: Within Scheme view select Scheme Discussions
Step 2: Click + New Discussion
Step 3: Enter the title and message
Step 4: Select users you would like to receive notifications for this discussion
Step 5: Click Submit
Once the Discussion is raised you and other team members can add supporting documents and comments.
Scheme KPI
KPI's can be set at Scheme level or across the whole Speculative Housing and/or Partnership Residential. When set at scheme level this will be specific to this scheme.
Step 1: Navigate to the Scheme
Step 2: Select Edit
Step 3: Enter the response time for the defect and nomination should be resolved by.
Step 4: Click Submit
