An Assignment is a Defect nominated from one clixifix® customer to another. The receiving account receives the Assignment.
Customer 1 will nominate a Defect to Customer 2.
Customer 2 will receive this Defect as an 'Assignment'. This is a copy of the Customer 1 Defect.
Customer 2 will then create their Defect which is a cloned version of the Assignment
The Assignment is interlinked with Defect so that when Customer 2 updates their Defect, this also updates the Assignment which is viewable to Customer 1.
Assignments can also include Inspection Lists.
The Toolbar for the receiving account (customer 2) will show an Assignments tab, as shown below.
There are various filter options on this page including Client, Scheme, Plot & Defect Type.
Within this tab, you can view & action your Assignments.
