Accepting Reactive Defect Assignment

Step 1: From the Assignments tab review the Defect and accept or reject as necessary. 

Step 2: You will be redirected to create the Defect within your account. Scheme and Plot information will auto-populate if the information exists in your account, if not you can select to create these. A pop-up will appear for you to enter the details so you won't have to leave the page. 

Step 3: Contact information is auto-populated, can be amended if required.

Step 4: Select the Defect Category. Priority and Description can be amended if required.  

Step 5: Click Accept.
