This report provides an overview of all open or completed Assignments.
The Report can be exported to Excel or PDF by switching the export toggle ON to the right which will change the colour to blue. Click 'Generate Report'.
A copy of the Report will then show within Admin > Todays Reports and a copy will be sent via email also.
Further down the page you can view this in a table format. When Open Assignments are selected this will show you how many assignments are open within the selected timeframe, their KPI status and Average Open Time.
