Resident Portal Banners

The Resident Portal is an additional feature & will not be accessible on all accounts. If you're unsure if your account has the Resident Portal, please contact the team using our Support Page

One of the features for the Resident Portal is the 'Announcements'. This is optional but can be useful to share information with your plot contacts e.g. phone lines are busy/office is closed due to training day etc. 

The announcement will be visible to all of your plot contacts when they login. 

This banner cannot be filtered by Client or Scheme. 

Adding & Editing an Announcement 

To add or edit an Announcement, navigate to Admin > Your Account > Resident Announcements

Add your title, message and End date (if required) and click 'Save'. 

This can then be viewed in the 'Dashboard' or 'Announcement' section of the Resident Portal.
