One of the features for the Resident Portal is the banner. This is optional but can be useful to share information with your plot contacts e.g. phone lines are buy/office is closed due to training day etc.
The banner will be visible to all of your plot contacts when they login. This banner cannot be filtered by Client or Scheme.
Banner info can only be amended by an Admin user.
Adding & Editing a Banner
To add or edit a Banner, navigate to Admin > Your Account > Edit > Resident Portal Banner.
Once you have updated the text box, click Submit.
Removing a Banner
To remove a Banner, simply delete all information from the freetype box & click Submit.
