How do I add a comment?

Once a comment is posted the application will send an e-mail notification to clixifix users involved in that discussion and ticket.

The date and time is recorded as well as who it went to.

You can choose to post a comment as private to your team only, or you can choose an external contact to receive that comment only.

All comments are saved against the particular ticket or inspection List.

Click Add Comment to create.
