Completing the Nomination.

 

Step 1: When the work has been completed, navigate to the Ticket and click on the button ‘Complete’ nomination.

 

Step 2: Completing the nomination will take you to the electronic signature feature. In this instance you have the ability, if appropriate, to ask the resident / home-owner to sign the completed nomination document.

 

Step 3: Capturing the signatures and clicking on the button ‘Complete Nomination and capture Signatures’ closes your nomination automatically. This will immediately notify the Customer care team that this work nominated to you has been completed



All comments are displayed with users name and all comments are timed and date stamped in clixifix.
