Status when nominating a Subcontractor or a Team member

• The nomination status on their nomination is Nominating (open)
• Once the Subcontractor or Team member accepts the nomination on the defect, the status turns to Accepted
• When completed the status for that particular Team member or Subcontractor turns to Completed.

The lesser-used state is if the Subcontractor chooses to reject the nomination for the defect.  If they reject they have to provide the rationale for not accepting the works nominated to them.
