Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Modified on Wed, 20 Nov at 4:16 PM

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is an extra layer of security to confirm that the user accessing the account is who they say they are. This is mandatory for all users.

Step 1: Enter your username and password via the Login Page and click Sign In

You will receive a box asking for a code to be entered as shown below.

Step 2: An authentication code will be sent to you via email from [email protected]

Step 3: Enter the code received in the email and click Verify. You can either manually type this in or copy & paste it. Please ensure you have no spaces before or after the code when entering.

Once entered, you should be taken to the homepage.

There is a tick box to 'remember this browser for 30 days' for your convenience if required.

If you clear your browsing data or use a new browser, a new code will be required.

Invalid Codes

If you receive an invalid auth code, please wait 10 mins & try again. Codes refresh on the hour and 10/20/30/40/50 minutes past the hour.

For example, if you receive an invalid code at 13:08, you can try again at 13:11 and a new code will be sent.

Logging into multiple devices

Should you need to login to 2 separate devices at the same time, 2 different codes will be required. You will need to do this 10 mins apart.

For example, you could sign into a laptop at 14:00 and sign into a mobile device at 14:10.
