You can view all your Appointments in the Resident Portal either in the Calendar or against the Defect.
Calendar Overview
The Calendar shows your Appointments at a glance. The default view is by month but this can be changed if required by clicking the dropdown as shown below.
To see more information about the Appointments, click the orange bar & more details will show.
Defect Appointment Summary
Within the Defect screen, click the Appointments tab to see the appointment date, time & duration. You will also be able to see the name of the attendee for the appointment too.
