Yes, our archive feature allows you to archive plots once the warranty period has passed.

Once a plot is archived you can access the plot information and resources as normal. However, users including your Registered Provider Users won't be able to create new Tickets or Inspection Lists.

You will be unable to archive a plot until all tickets and inspections lists are closed.  Once these are closed the cloud icon will appear within the plot actions field, giving the ability to archive the plot.To re-activate a plot simply click on the reactivate icon in the plot admin area.

As with all active plots, this plot will be counted towards your monthly plan.

Administrators and Team Members can archive and re-activate plots.
