For Ticket/Inspection List comments:

  1. Purchaser/Homeowner creates a comment - it is sent to the recipient list if there are any. Otherwise it goes to all Admin Users (with notifications turned on).
  2. Sub-Contractor creates a comment - it is sent to all Admin users (with notifications turned on)
  3. Registered Provider creates a comment - it is sent to all Admin Users (with notifications turned on)
  4. Emergency user creates a comment - it is sent to all Admin Users (with notifications turned on).
  5. Principal Contractor Team Member creates a comment - it is sent to the recipient list if there are any. Otherwise it is sent to all Admins users (with notifications turned on).
  6. Comment recipient is a Registered Provider - all the RP's users on that scheme receive the notification. If there are no specific users for the scheme then all users will be sent the comment.

   

For Discussions:

  •     Comments go to all the discussers within the group

Tasks:

  • Comment is sent to the task owner and any recipients

Provider Associations to a Principal Contractor:

  •    Contact email of Registered Provider and RP admin users

Contractor Associations:

  • Goes to all contractor emails (Contractor contact email and users emails)
