Comments are written remarks that are posted regarding tickets, inspection lists and discussions.
Once a comment is posted the application will send an e-mail notification to clixifix users involved in that discussion and ticket.
The date and time is recorded as well as who was notified.

You can choose to post a comment as private to your team only, or you can choose an external contact to receive that comment only.
All comments are saved against the particular ticket or inspection List. Once populated, add comment to create.
