The Subcontractor Nomination Report is context specific. For example, if you run the report in Speculative Housing - the returned results will only include Defects for plots in Speculative Housing, not Partnership Residential or Commercial Projects.
This report can be filtered by Scheme and Defect Type. Date ranges can be edited as required.
The Report can be exported to Excel or PDF by switching the Export toggle to the right which will change the colour to blue. Click 'Generate Report'.
A copy of the Report will then show within Admin > Todays Reports and a copy will be sent via email also.
Nominations will be shown in descending order and can be ran for 'Open Nominations' or 'Completed Notifications'. You can hover over the coloured bars to show further information.
Detailed information relating to each subcontractor nomination can be found near the bottom of the screen and can be exported to PDF or Excel per subcontractor.
