The Defects Soon Overdue Report is context specific. For example, if you run the report in Speculative Housing - the returned results will only include Defects for plots in Speculative Housing, not Partnership Residential or Commericial Projects.
This report can be used to help monitor when your Defects are going over their KPI.
This report can be filtered by Defect Type. Date ranges can be edited as required. This report is also exportable to PDF & Excel.
