Can I backdate the closure date of a ticket?

Only an administrator can do this.

Once a ticket has been closed, click on the edit tab. This will take you the screen shot below.

Click on the completed date tab, select date from calendar in the past and then click submit at the bottom of the page.

Ticket will show as updated successfully.
