Only Principal Contractors can do this. 

Step 1: Once you put a ticket on hold, click on “Release Date” and select a date and time that you want the ticket to be released.

Step 2: On the chosen date and time the ticket will transfer from “On Hold” to “Hold Release”, on the ticket landing page

Step 3: In the Hold Release tab in the ticket, click “Remove Ticket from Hold”.
