The Appointment SMS feature includes the option to use timeslots, which hides the exact appointment time in SMS and email notifications. Instead, a general time range (timeslot) is displayed.
For instance if your AM timeslot is between 8:00am and 12:00pm and you book an appointment for 10:00am the SMS and email notification will state the appointment is between 8:00am 12:00pm.
Managing Timeslots
Only Admin users can set/amend timeslots.
Step 1: Head to Admin > Your Account > Edit.
Step 2: Ensure 'Use timeslots for appointments?' is ticked.
Step 3: Amend timeslots to required times.
Step 4: Click Submit to save your changes.
Appointments set outside of timeslots will show the exact time, for instance if an appointment is set at 07:30am and the AM timeslot does not start until 08:00am then the SMS will show as 07:30am.
Appointments set at a timeslot crossover, for instance 12:00pm which is the end of AM and the start of PM then the SMS will show the PM timeslot.
