Appointment Timeslots

Appointment Timeslots hide the exact appointment time in SMS and/or email notifications sent to your contacts by using a from & to time.


For instance, if your AM timeslot is between 8:00am and 12:00pm and you book an appointment for 10:00am - SMS and/or email notifications will state the appointment is between 8:00am & 12:00pm, not 10:00am


Appointments set at a timeslot crossover will send as the later timeslot. In this instance, if the appointment was set as 12:00pm, the SMS and/or email will show as a PM timeslot.


Appointments set outside of timeslots will show the exact time. For instance, if an appointment is set at 07:30am and the AM timeslot does not start until 08:00am, the SMS will show as 07:30am.


Unneeded timeslots can be left blank.



 




Managing Timeslots 


Only Admin users can set/amend timeslots. 


Step 1: Navigate to Admin > Your Account > Edit.


Step 2: Ensure 'Use timeslots for appointments?' is ticked. 


Step 3: Amend timeslots to required times. 


Step 4: Click Submit to save your changes.
