Only a Registered Providers Administrator user can do this.

You will have to request that they edit the KPI's if not as agreed in your contract.

Step 1: Once logged in they navigate to the admin section.

Step 2: Click on the edit icon.

Step 3: Click on the edit client’s details link

Step 4: The KPI (Respond and Repair agreed deadlines) details are set by drop down to the number of days as per contract with the Registered Provider as outlined in the JCT Contract..

Step 5: Click submit to update the KPI details for the Provider.
