How do I set the KPI for our Company?

Only an administrator can do this.

In Speculative housing Schemes and Commercial Projects Schemes, whilst in this context view, click on Admin > Your Account.

On this page, click on the edit icon to modify KPI settings.

This area allows you to edit the KPI details for the respective contexts for each respond and repair priority.

  • Emergency response time
  • High response time
  • Medium response time
  • Low response time

You can turn the KPI feature off from the Scheme admin area.
